Neil Gaiman is wonderful. I drove for hours to listen to him do a reading, and it was well worth it. 🙂

I also traveled to hear him being interviewed, and he read from “Trigger Warning.” It was magnificent. He is an amazing author and reader.

The Martian was one of the best books ever! And I loved The Girl On The Train. So many people are posting these today and many people also have Everything, Everything, Fangirl and A Monster Calls on their lists! I should probably check those out! Thanks for sharing this list!

It is amazing, it made me cry. The illustrations are beautiful. I read it in one sitting; you should definitely pick it up soon!

SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE MARTIAN!!! That book is on my TTT list as well and I think I’ve used it in almost all the tags I did lately. I really like Fangirl too!! 🙂

I am trying to do the same! I am also currently working at a bookstore during the holiday season and I recommend it to nearly everyone hahaha

When I say that, I am kind of cheating though. I was hired to wrap christmas presents only, buuut whenever everyone else is busy customers come to me and ask me stuff. Of course I don’t send them away, but instead I try to help them find the books they want or even recommend some. The other employees were so confused when I first did it, because they didn’t expect me to have a clue hahaha now they just keep saying that I could easily work as a bookseller myself 😀 I forced my passion for books upon them!

The Martian was a pretty incredible book! A lot of the books on your list are on my 2016 TBR. I absolutely cannot wait to read A Monster Calls, so many people have loved it! My TTT.
